This was just exciting to read. I had a huge grin on my face the entire time, especially since X is the "newbie" here. Mr. Son of Light pulling some very un Light tactics. (Blues would be SO proud) I love it!

Oh wow this got me holding onto my seat, that was exciting! I love how X is seen as a newbie and yet there was clearly complexity in everything he did.

That bit of Sigma in the end was good, in that they saw X as someone they shouldn't underestimate just because of his rank and how long he has been in service.

no one but X saw that coming. good thing he's not a villian, otherwise he'd give the maverick hunters a run for their money. he was able to fool everyone, even Zero, into thinking it was a group attack instead of X doing it alone. i found this fanfic to be very funny XD

Oh, wow. This was well done. It's a novel idea, too, which is something I'm starting to expect from you. I liked your interpretation of Zero and X's characters, particularly Zero's motives for taking X under his wing. I've never really thought to wonder why he did. that. This explanation makes sense and shows us a side to him that other authors don't think to include.

I like the plot development as well. If I were you, I'd add some dramatic description in key areas to build the suspense. The ideas behind your story are excellent; a little dramatic dressing-up would amplify their impact into something awesome. MungoJerry's "Finale" provides a good example of this kind of work. I feel confident your stories can be incredible if you're willing to work on this area.

Beautiful, simply beautiful. I have not encountered a story such as this. I like how you focused on a side of X no one has foreseen, as well as on a time period (before the first game) nearly no one writes about.

This occurs in the PSP remake universe, I can tell.
