I wonder if you could explain to me...this is going to sound really dumb, but I'm kind of new to all this fanfiction stuff so could you explain to me what a Fic Meme actually is? I'm guessing it gives you prompts for stories, but where can you find them? And can anyone use them? If you have time to explain I'd appreciate it.
