Um, was your intent to make me cry? Because that was just a little bit sad.

I love the story because it brought me back to their first meeting. The beginning of their friendship when everything was still new and burgeoning. Plus, I love all the touching because I'm a tactile person myself. That was hot.

But I was sad when it came to the end because well, you know. He stopped. How could he stop? He hurt Annie in the process. Too bad he doesn't know that they come together anyway. I guess it wasn't the right time, huh?

But, dear heart, you reveal your youth. No man on this God's green earth thinks that he is not good enough for the woman he desires. Auggie is clearly an alpha male, and their brains just don't work that way.

With that said, I still love this piece and am honored to have had the great pleasure of reading it.

Wonderful relationship fic. I like how you wrote Auggie's POV and everything that he noticed about her, both on that first day and when he was "seeing her" with his sense of touch. Unfortunately, it didn't have the happy ending that I'd hoped for, but I guess you can't have everything, and the way it ended here doesn't mean that it couldn't work out for them somewhere further down the line. Great characterization and writing. Keep up the good work! :-)

woah a little bit heart wrenching was sad and yet, so, so very good. i can't decide if i like the ending, because it's so good, but it's so not what i want, to give you and idea. you've conflicted me, entertained me, and written a damn good story!

... And then Auggie finds her at work the next day and they talk and work everything out. They tell each other that they love each other, and kiss and make up, and live happily ever after. Right?

whooaa. ok, so in the spirit of full disclosure, i read that twice because i loved it so much. also, you're going to be right about that dime-a-dozen thing, because i personally have been mapping that moment out since the first ep... but the good news is that this one will always be my favorite. because it was AWESOME. and such a perfect glimpse into the Annie/Auggie best-friendship that i cant wait to see develop. thank you!

I really like this part: "If she didn't want to see him, it wasn't that hard to avoid him. Buy new heels, wear a different perfume, and walk quietly out the room every time he walked in. He would never know."

It's fun and romantic to think that Auggie pays attention to and knows Annie so well that, even if she did that (and maybe more), he'd still know her from other cues, but, I wonder sometimes just how realistic it is. Also, the picture you paint in that scenario is beautifully tragic. Just heartbreaking.

I know you based this on a song, but I really, really wish you would continue this. There's such a lovely buildup when he's "seeing" her, and the kiss was delicious...and then it just stops. I'd love to see Annie's POV, especially where she proves he does deserve her and that he appreciates *all* her beauty no matter that he can't see her physical beauty. Please?
