I like it! Totally suspenseful and wonderful! I really could imagine Newkirk doing that after the war! Great job with everybody! My favorite part was when Shultz and Hogan were talking and Klink barged in on them! HA! :)))

Newkirk and Tiger actually makes sense. Papa Bear and Tiger, during the war, oui, after the war, non. And that's why Newkirk hasn't written the Guv'nor - he feels guilty about courting the colonel's bird.

I remember skimming this story some time ago after I had just discovered the HH fanfiction site, but I just read it carefully today and wow, I was blown away. This has to be the best postwar HH fic I have read. Excellent dialogue, and a very intriguing plot. I loved how you reintroduced so many key characters and places from the show, and also kind of enjoyed Hogan NOT being the one with all the answers for a change. Great job, I hope you will be writing much, much more!

FYI Just a little while ago tonight, we watched the episode "Funny Thing Happened on the Way to London" (Season 3, Episode 5). Group Captain Roberts' first name was mentioned twice - it is James.

I just read your story. :) You did a fantastic job writing it. I can definitely see Newkirk's strong protective nature come out in it. And I actually like the Newkirk/Tiger pairing. Hogan and Marie would never have worked out as a post wartime couple. It's just not realistic. He acted pretty much the same way with every girl he met in the show. Anyhow, you kept the story a complete mystery until the final couple chapters. Fantastic job! I can't wait for your next story.

Good story. Not really exciting, but I liked the way it "tied up the loose ends", and as I said before, I like the pairing of Newkirk and Tiger. It just feels right!

This fic was definitely a suspenseful ride! I loved how you managed to keep the truth hidden until towards the end.

(Glad I'm not the only one who agrees that Carter and Mary Jane should get back together!)

Suitable ending. It was good that everything worked out and the old gang got together again. I like to think that they would keep in contact for years to come and their reunions got more numerous every time. ;)
