I can't express my thanks to you enough for finishing this story after all this time...it feels so surreal! I just finished KH3 yesterday and reading the last chapter of this story really makes it feel like the end of an era.

This chapter is a sweet, humble conclusion to the rest-not too much, but more than enough to tie up all the final loose ends. It feels so, so good to see everyone together and happy after all that happened here. I've said this a lot, but this story really does hold a special place in my heart as my favorite KH fic ever. I've really grown up a lot since I first started reading this 7(?) years ago, but I think part of me will always be a little in love with The Captive Heart Show. Thank you, thank you, for seeing it through to the end.

To start off, I almost completely forget I had a fanficition account until I got an email about an update. I have been following this fic since either 2011 or 2012 and it is one of those fics that always comes to mind when I think back on older fics I read when I was younger. I was like 14 or so at the time, and a lot of the fics I read then really didn’t hold up after I’ve reread them more recently. This fic definitely holds up (I reread it probably about 6 months to a year ago). There’s something so endearing and comforting about it? I don’t really know what it is exactly, but somehow these characters feel so real.
Anyway, when I get the email that you updated I opened the tab so fast and read through it instantly. I’m so glad you’ve decided to continue it. I wish I had more things to contribute but I just really wanted to write at least a small comment so that you would know someone out there was looking forward to reading this update from the alert.
I’m very interested to see where this story will go in terms of closure, and just generally excited to see more from this idea and storyline. And I’m also! I’m so happy. This chapter wasn’t even that long, yet just the simple scenes between the few couples was enough to make me remember why I loved this story so much. The interactions are realistic, and I’m just... Sora is the biggest dork but I love him. Riku and Xion finally confessing feels so amazing to read. Again I wish I could give better descriptions of what I’m feeling but! I loved it thank you for not giving up on this story!

I'm so glad that you are writing this story again, and I cannot wait to read everything that you have made!

Every so often I'm reminded of this story for some reason or other and I have to come back and give it a reread. I started following this story way back in 2011(?) at least, and just recently I wondered if it really was as good as I'd remembered. My reading tastes have grown up with me, and I was a little worried it wouldn't hold the same charm as it had all those years ago if I gave it another go.

I didn't need to worry at all, because it turns out that no matter how much time passes I still love this fic! It's every bit as sweet and charming as I remember, and nearly every line makes me smile! (Or scream? I find myself screaming "I love them!" a lot in my head about the characters when you make them do something cute. Which is. All the time.) Even if my tastes and I have grown up, it turns out this is still well-deserving of its title as one of my favorite fics ever written. I think something about this story is a little timeless for me. Kingdom Hearts is a fandom I love, but with so much time passing before KH3 releases, it's easy to move on and forget all the things you love about it you know? But this story is one of my major connecting points to the fandom (probably the only KH fic I still read anymore, actually) and every time we do get news for KH3 I get excited to dive back into my love for these characters and the universe and this story you've written.

I don't really know where I'm going with this, but I guess I wanted to say...thank you? For all your hard work writing. I'm so glad you took the time to write this monster of an endeavor, and even if this story never gets its final conclusion I'll still love it no matter what! I hope you're doing well and you're continuing to write wherever you are. Please know that you'll always have a fan in me~
