I am digging through Fanfiction for parental Roy/Ed stories and I came across this one! Well done! I love the poetic feel to it, very nice.

That's really well done! I like how you made it so... The word that I am searching for... Outlined? It was well structured so that it pulled together nicely at the end. Great portrayal of their relationship.

You definitely achieved being sad. This was a beautiful piece. All of it's so true- poor Edward has to deal with so so much. Sometimes, it's gotta kill him. Oh, and the line about Al and brown haired girls with braids almost had me in tears. So good.

The only thing that threw me a little was the changing of tenses at the beginning, but you drew me in so that I had completely forgotten about it by the time I got to the end.
