This is a really interesting piece, and I do agree that I think Bellatrix felt a certain amount of remorse for what she did. Bellatrix, I think, can be a really complex character and you showed that really well here. Great characterization with this!

I really like the way you've written this, and think that your use of short sentences is really effective in setting the pace. I loved the end two sentences; I think it worked ending it there.

I also liked the reflection of their youth - that was a great idea.
