Harry's personality didn't change. He didn't show any Time Lord characteristics during the story. The ending was obvious.

Oh god, this is brilliant! I kept expecting the Doctor to show up somehow but this, this surpassed wheat I thought would happen.

Very nice. Too bad poor Harry didn't know he was a Time Lord. I was wondering where it was going until I started counting the deaths, and then the changes.

This is really cool. It is awesome like this and also has the potential to be expanded into a sequel.

I actually thought it would have something to do with him being the Master of Death or something to do with Jack at first, but I was not expecting that. Props for the idea although, I'm still questioning how he's a time lord in the first place. :)

Why do you assume Time Lords only get thirteen lives? I mean, I've heard two versions. One is that there are two types of Time Lords: the ones that can regenerate forever and the ones that have a limited amount of lives, the Doctor being one of the latter. The other is that every Time Lord has limited lives. However, the Doctor does not necesairily has just 13 lives. He has 513. Look it up, he says so himself in an episode of The Sarah Jane Adventures.

Then again, it could be a joke. But still...well, matters not. This was sort of diverting but nothing really that groundbreaking. I wish you the best.

It seems Harry died a number of stupid deaths. And he took his lives for granted. Pity. Does that mean Voldemort won?

This is a beautiful idea: "Third year, Harry didn't die. The Dementors tried to take his soul, but couldn't. Harry didn't know whether to be relieved or disappointed."

I like the phrasing, and the kind of fragmented story telling. I like that there's no dialogue. I like that you alternate between "Harry", "him" and "Harry Potter"; helps to avoid repetition and makes the whole thing a little more dramatic, I feel. I'm interested in what's up with Harry's physical changes, but I figure that's something Whovian that I just don't quite understand. In due time, I suppose :)
