This was a really sad story, I love angst filled stories, and yours was really nice. Around the end, I was sure that poor Katara was going to die, but I'm glad she got the child she wanted. It was also nice that it was in Zuko's POV, it made for a very interesting read.

This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read in all my reading time on . The reality of miscarriage is often overlooke on the story plot margin, and you find the authors never venture to that part of anything. Whether it be because the fact is so sensitive, or they just want the plot to move along.

My mother has had six miscarriages, which I only became aware of after she had my younger brother. The saddness is truly unbearable; I think that depending on how strong you are emotionally could very much determine your next course of action.

However I'm rambling now XD This was indeed very beautiful! Never be told otherwise!

That was beautiful. And a very true of how miscarriages affect a person and a marriage (I have a coworker and cousin who suffered 4. Cousin is about 5 months now, but The coworker has yet to succeed, even with fertility treatments.)

Excuse me while I finally let go of my held breath. I thought you were going to have her die in labour or something and leave Zuko with a baby but no Katara. Whoa... This was really touching. Really SAD. My goodness! Loved Zuko's reaction when he realized she wasn't using the herbs. This was really beautiful. Great work :)
