I honestly think that the only reason the activation test is going to go better is because the Eva will be too dumbfounded by her new hobby to reject her outright.

I wonder what Peach Girl Seigyoku will get as a cute animal mascot? Would Eva count, or should she capture one of the Angels and chibify it? For that matter, who'll she turn into her sidekick? Oh so many questions, so little certainty.

You know at first I wasn't too sure about reading this, but this is turning out to be a pretty awesome story! You've done great work on Rei's character, keeping her very interesting. Looking forward to the next chapter! Keep up the awesome work!

Love the premise. Gendo doesn't realize that Peach Girl has contaminated the Rei. Even if he disposes of this one, he would have to start over with a pre-training back up. The Dead Sea Scrolls never pictured the chaos that is Peach Girl and Shinji together.

I have been throughly enjoying this. You have captured Rei's personality perfectly. I'm surprised no one else has tried something like this. I'm glad you didn't give Rei a power-up, considering all that she can do, walk through walls (as seen in EoE), make force fields - which happen to be 2-dimensional and thus, ridiculously sharp, fly via warping her force field around herself, Rei can do a lot on her own.

An excuse Rei can make if she was caught, is that she was looking over draft minutes of from the Instrumentality Committee and scientific notes of Dr. Yui Ikari, speculating that Lilith's "Black Egg" shattered into pieces when it Impacted the Earth. Therefore, there could be Progenitor / First Ancestral Race technology buried around Tokyo-3 and the 5-Lakes area. Of course, the best way to find out for sure if that's true is to broadcast an AT-Field and see if anything reacts. Before an Angel activates it, or it falls into human hands who don't understand just how dangerous what they have is.

This, of course is a pure techno-babble bull-shit on Rei's part.

So naturally, unknown to Rei, it's completely true. Fate is like that to boldface liers.

In any case, keep up the good work. I anticipate chapter four.

You know, I wasn't really expecting much from this, but I find myself enjoying this far more than Lilith's gift. In fact, I don't think I've enjoyed a fic this much in quite some time. Great story but what's with the english japanese mix and match for the names? Magical shoujo instead mahou shojo or magical girl, and then mix and matching for her mg name as well.

Love the story so far though, hoping for some sort of tuxedo mask shinji.

I would totally come to the conclusion that the angels decided to show up in the form of magical girls instead of giant monsters.

Also seems like she is starting to have a different personality when doing magical girl stuff.
