Pathseekerme chapter 6 . 3/11/2017 This is awesome, and I would love to see it continued. Your characters seem so real! Their dialogue and interactions are spot on! Your descriptions make the scenery and actions going on to be quite real, as well. I really enjoyed reading this. Thanks for writing! |
tiamatorin chapter 6 . 2/6/2005 Quite intriguing. You do seem to be a bit scattered though. You might want to follow one character more closely, that might help. Of course, what you have so far is a very nice introduction. I can't help noticing that you've not updated for a while, do you plan to continue with this one? I sincerely hope that you do. Usually I don't write reviews, but I think that your story shows promise. I'm also simply desperate for more of the story from which you borrowed the characters. Do put in a good word to that author as well, if you have any influence. |
Scifinut-Aniron chapter 6 . 3/19/2004 Wow...excellent work! I absolutely love it! Definitely keep more coming, I can't wait to see what happens in the future. I'm already guessing, but usually I'm wrong with my guesses. |
Blach Rose chapter 6 . 9/16/2003 this is so cool.. i've read part of the fic using the OC characters in this. i like what you've done. i cant wait for Harry to meet Julius. please update soon! BR |
the eighth weasley chapter 6 . 5/18/2003 I love it! Please keep writing! I wonder how Hermione is going to be dealt with in this world - a know-it-all witch with talent? Hmm... her and Lucretia, maybe? Keep up the good work! *titters with excitement* |
PeachDancer82 chapter 6 . 5/18/2003 Im readding the 1855 one so I'm familiar with the characters. Are you trying to prove that magic and the wizard world has declined? Thus the world in itself is eroding? The implications of that would stand to rison that Voldemort is right in his perception of the muggle-borns or lott's opion wizards has aiined in the decline. I was also wondering where does Harry fit into this? Are you going to have him prove him self as a formadable wizard to the others or is he going to be eclipsd bye the new characters ? I hope not. I hope you have him prove himself, and perhaps add a little of his family backround as well. I hope you update soon and keep up the good work! |
Dispytipsy chapter 6 . 3/30/2003 This story is really incredible. Please keep writing. I'm a fan of all the Marvalo stories and I think that is a great fic please keep writing. |
Dispytipsy chapter 1 . 3/30/2003 I really love the first chapter in this story. Yes it is slightly confusing but I like stories that leave you confused then explain later. I see that i've got 5 chatpers left. Don't know whether you've finished the story or not cause I don't want to skip. If you haven't please continue because I loved reading 'Two worlds and in-between' and i'm sure that i'll enjoy reading yours too. |
Kenna Hijja chapter 6 . 3/3/2003 Oh, I loved that story! Bringing the Marvolo-characters into present-day Hogwarts was a delightful idea, and so very cleverly executed. Poor Dumbledore – I wonder whom he refered to in the letter to Severus as the 'brilliant boy' he felt such regrets over – Julius or Tom. There were so many wonderful scenes it's hard to pick out individual examples: Harry's and Ginny's reaction to Julius at the Slytherin table; Snape with twin daughters - "Oh, ew!"; "Honestly, this school has gone quite be the witches." Despite my. 'admiration' *cough* for Lott, I confess I had the urge to slap him at that – but wonderfully in character! I wondered, though, how Snape took it that his position of Head of Slytherin house has been ursurped. The Marvolo-Lott duell was extremely exciting, and the way Lott practically walked over the Aurors single-handedly afterwards showed how much times have changed indeed. I loved to see the perspectives of Aberforth ("I didn't mean to! It just happened!") and Albus. Just what did Minor actually *do* to Binns? Albus' thoughts on Lott were fascinating, and I loved how he (almost) lost his famed patience at listening to Lucretia extolling Lott's sexual exploits ;-) No surprise at all that Albus would be drawn to Hermione – they're two of a kind after all. The writing was just perfect, and I truly admire the way in which you switch perspectives throughout without any effort or confusion at all (damn, I wish I could do that!). In the very last paragraph I wondered whether it was Albus or Hermione speaking, but that was the sole ambiguous bit in six chapters. So, please, if the mood strikes you to continue this, it would make me a very happy puppy indeed. Thanks for a wonderful story so far! |
jaqen chapter 6 . 2/1/2003 surely you have more chapters of this delectable story lying around. hope you can post soon. |
Rosmerta chapter 6 . 1/7/2003 A fascinating story, and a great adjunct to TWIB - I do hope you plan to continue this! |
Xenia chapter 6 . 5/21/2002 please write more...it is terribly intersting and mysterious |
Yrfeloran chapter 3 . 5/10/2002 Okay, the chapter error has been fixed. If you're not completely squicked by the concept, you might want to check out 'Night in the Snake Pit', a slashy Julius/Albus fic I've recently posted. Thanks for all the support! |
Fidelis Haven chapter 6 . 5/10/2002 Oh poor Binns! And lovely, luscious Lott! Master of the Arts of Love...mmm. |
Ariana Deralte chapter 6 . 5/9/2002 *Having finally read Minerva's story* Ah, things begin to make sense. You should know though, that chaper three is missing. You have chapter four up in it's place atm. Am trying to figure out who the girl in Hufflepuff was...is that suposed to be Lucretia? *suspects you know more of the plot of between worlds than i do* LOL. That scene with Aberforth making Binns leave was great. I'm surprised Albus didn't leave a letter for Harry...for that matter, what did the other letters we didn't get to read say? Anyway, this is amusing, though I'd like Julius' point of view on this at some point. Cheers:) |
