I put off reading this for so long because I thought it would be Rogan. How wrong I was! I am so undeniably in love with this story.

All the most awesome Gilmore Girls fics were written so long ago, when I discover them now and write feedback, it is rarely if ever seen by the author who is long gone from the site, but still I leave reviews, just in case, so here I am :)

I actually found this story on somebody else's Favourites list. I would tell you who's list, but I honestly don't remember! lol Anyway, I liked the concept, and so I started reading. It started out interesting, then it got good, and then entirely wonderful, and by the end truly awesome. Wow. I love your style of writing. Switching tenses and that kind of breaking the fourth wall thing that you had going, it should be jarring and off-putting, but it wasn't. It was quirky and fun - very Gilmore Girls actually. I liked it :)

Poor Alice. All that she went through! I like that you really couldn't tell who the father would be until the result was given. Sure, she seemed to have a lot in common with Jess, but people just have stuff in common some times, doesn't mean they're related. I also thought you handled Logan well. I actually liked him sometimes on the show, even though my shipper heart is all about the Literati. In this fic, he was... well, a bad guy for cheating on Rory, but I could feel sympathy for him in some ways, having a daughter he always suspected might not be his, a wife that he always thought might be in love with her ex. That's gotta be rough.

The whole family you built was so amusing. An older Doula, plus the younger Luke that was Will, and Audrey as well. Those names made all kinds of sense without explanation y'know, and their personalities just worked. It was all very believable. You have such a handle on Lorelai, and Luke's love for his step-daughter and step-granddaughter/great niece was just as it should be, and I know this is becoming a real run on sentence of compliments, but does that matter? I just love how you wrote... everybody!

You worried about the romantic stuff between Rory and Jess, but I think you nailed it. The scene where she came over in the rain with the list and he just lost it because she was judging him on the teen he used to be, that was soooo good. I can't even.

Thank you so much for a thoroughly enjoyable read. I have a feeling I'll be revisiting this one in the future. Now I just really hope you get to read this feedback and be reminded how awesome this fic is, just because :)
