Conceptually a very interesting story (as much as I read at least). However, I had to stop at Ch 14 because I just found Anora and Cousland's falling in love totally unbelievable. It seemed to "just happen", and I have no idea how. Anora was colder than even Morrigan, so I don't see how he could feel anything for the woman. Anora's feelings towards him were bizarre. I understand her being damaged. However, how and why did she fall in love with him? I have no idea. I saw nothing between these 2 that would lead me to believe that they somehow fell in love. Besides, why would a man with so much of his own baggage put up with so much of her crap? IMO, he wouldn't.

The final straw was Loghain's return and Cousland's reaction. Basically, all is forgiven and he is just a normal father-in-law in spite of all that happened. Saving Loghain in the game didn't make any sense and Cousland's acceptance of Loghain is just as unbelievable.

I really like the pairing of Cousland and Anora. There is a lot of great potential. However, this story just had too many WTF moments to be good.

Marvelous! I've read some of the reviews about Leliana and the others acting out of character- I agree with them, but isn't this why fiction exist? To give birth to our imagination? I love it and it's funny how Anora was acting when giving birth to Ellie. Great story and is worth reading!

alistairs fate really is quite tragic, he made his choice at the landsmeet but he sure has a hard time of things afterwards
