OMG, this is good. It is rough and raw and intense in a way we don't often see in them. I like seeing a little of Marshall-pushed-too-far and he is pretty hot, IMO. And Mary could get him there like that. I feel the set up is very realistic and believable (from the fight that started it all to the slap, even the making out in church). I love how you tied it up too, messily of course. Excellent work!

What a wonderful, raw, taut, frenzied tumble through the emotions of Mary and Marshall. Mary, the only person who could push Marshall to these extremes. Marshall, the only person Mary cares enough about to have this depth of emotion for. The double edged sword of fear; fear of him leaving her, fear of him promising to stay. She just can't believe he would love her forever. Just stop fighting indeed.

This was amazing...not sure the rating should have been M...but regardless this was great! :) I have always thought Marshall was going to explode someday. He's right, Mary keeps pushing and pushing and one day I knew this was going to happen, and you captured the explosion perfectly! :) I just loved this story! And it was perfect to end with them together...because that's how it should be! :) Great job!

Still as powerful and chilling on the second read through. The scene was brilliantly set and the characters spot on. Mary's reactions were very much Mary and Marshall's words were beautifully woven.
