Aw... Congratulations on this, it was very good. Sort of reminds me of "The Lady or the Tiger?", a classic short story that has a cliffhanger like this does, where it can go either way, depending on what the reader thinks (I'm for the tiger in the story mentioned above).

Anyway, while I feel like Poland totally would have just shot Russia (like someone else mentioned), I would have liked to read more of Toris in this, particularly after the bang of the gun. Maybe that's just me trying to get you to write more though xD.

All-in-all, brilliant job.

I really love this story and it's very well written, so I hate to nitpick but there's just one thing I think should be pointed out. The dialogue is a bit tough to read because of different characters talking in the same paragraph (typically every time a new character begins speaking, a new paragraph is started) Just thought I'd mention it Really do love this story though, it's very powerful and LithPol is such a sweet pairing... /3 Happy writing!
