Great fic! Honestly one of the best out of all AC fics I've read. You made the heroine more relatable and realistic with her qualities. Most fics would jump right to being an assassin, being with Ezio, and the usual stuff. AND I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her relationship with Leonardo! I'd totally be head over heels trying to suck up to Leonardo if I was the one there hahaha. (The world need more LeonardoxOC fics). I'm abut t start on the sequel and noticed it's only til chapter 7. Hope you'll get to finish it

i have nothing to critique on besides the few spelling/grammatical errors here and there, but otherwise i feel as if your story is one of the best i have read in a very, very long time. i recently gained a knack for assassin's creed - particularly ii - and for ezio, so i managed to find your story after searching for some time for a piece of writing that would qualm my new fandom, haha.

but wowie okay! you're such a damn excellent writer i feel like i should find you and deliver a box of chocolates and a bouquet of flowers because i am completely enamored by your style! it's fuckin fantastic, it really is. so good luck on future writings, and i plan to read the sequel next! however, it may be in the next week, as i've already spent at least 24 hours reading this brilliant literature. so! thank you very much for allowing your literary grace to fall upon this fandom, and bless every one of your readers with perhaps the best ac fanfiction yet.

ONE THING I DON'T LIKE! when she introduces herself after getting married to leonardo, is that she says her last name is da vinci. that is not his name! da vinci is talking about the city he was born and raised in, the city of vinci. da means of. so when you say leonardo da vinci, it just means leonardo of the city vinci. NOT A LAST NAME! i can't remember his real name, unfortunatly. but you're really good on the other historical stuff, i thought you should know this.

other than that, i like the story.

ONE MAJOR THING I DON'T LIKE! when she is introducing herself, she says her name is Margherita da Vinci. DA VINCI IS NOT A LAST NAME! da vinci is refering to the place the artist grew up. the town of vinci. it has never been, and never will be a last name. i'm sorry, but you are usually really good with keeping things historical, and that pissed me off. I was an art major (switched to theater) and my teacher drilled into our heads not to make that mistake.

This story is one of the best OC-Storys I have ever read, honestly.

The way you combine the apple with the fate of them both and the way you translated Ezio's personality into a dramatic situation, the way you pictured Leonardo, the family, the research done by her, simply everything is absolutely amazing!

I couldn't hold back tears in the last chapter, it was a satisfying end for my mind to wrap around what might come next but still enjoying what happened before - it's very hard to describe, I'm sorry! You gave every important character his part, Rosa, the lover in the past, a friend to Margherita, a companion of the same gender besides Leonardo for her. Maria, the caring but suffering mother who guided Ezio into the love for her, Claudia helping it with mentioning scenarios of a relationship between them.. Leonardo as a caretaker of morality, Mario as the forcing uncle.. oh I can't stop admiring the way you brought all them together in such a both dramatic and awesome story. You wrapped your own reality around the happenings of the actual game, slightly changing it but still following the previous way.

I truly take my head off to you. You, my dear, are a genius, and I am honored to be given the chance of reading your amazing story.

Today is my 1st day reviewing stories that i read like months ago. I actually reviewed when in rome before this. Anyway this is probably the best ac fanfic ive read so far. And you'd better finish that sequel!

First chapter and you explained already a lot about ...Peggy or Margherita? ergh just ignore that. I really like it a lot :)

A plot like ive never seen before(Though you scared the crap out of me when Ezio and Margherita were back in the 21st century)and credible and fun characters who were IC (I love how Margherita is basically a slut without sex).

Read this in one go, and am now looking for the sequel.
