| muhahahaaa chapter 1 . 5/22/2018 One of your fics was the first I ever read, and I'm pretty sure it was this one. I've never left a comment here and I thought it was time to rectify the mistake (seven-ish years later :P) I found the fic just by googling the name of my first ship, which I had accidentally discovered via Youtube fanvids. Obviously your profile was high up in the results :D My English wasn't very good (it's my first foreign language but I'm pretty sure I was 13 and not practicing it much), so much so that I didn't even know what "mature" meant :D No harm done by the content though, and I managed to puzzle out just enough to make sense of almost every sentence, which was all I needed to open my eyes to all the possibilities fanfiction could offer! I was the kind of bookworm that had re-read The Three Musketeers countless times by then. Merlin was my favourite show and I was ecstatic that not only could I consume it as prose, I could escape to my (then-) favourite location and characters via a vast amount of different stories :D It was such an Heureka moment... I've learned a lot from fanfiction, and it's been my almost-daily companion ever since (reading-wise, although I also upload fics to AO3 when the muse strikes). Thank you for introducing this corner of the literary world to me! |

I just started watching Merlin and am already on the second season. I would be further but school is a pain in the behind! :) Anywho, all this goes to say that I think your characterization of both Merlin and Arthur is spot on and I absolutely loved this!
