I realise this is old, but just had to say your language SLAYS me. Some of the most wonderful metaphors I've ever read. This, in particular: "There's only static where thoughts once were, it sounds something like the rain outside, pelting her with pleasure and the only thing on the tip of her tongue now is: Noah, Noah, Noah." When you read a lot of fic, it's a joy to find something so fresh and beautifully written. Thank you!
