This is awesome. What's the first part of the title mean? I know its something, friend, love, and the Englander, but I don't know the first.

if Prussia is paired up with England, I'm going to be sad. But this story is very worthy of the Awesome Prussia

I'm liking this story so far! Arthur and Gilbert should come together far more often in fics - their interactions are so much win. I love how you've characterised them both. At first, Arthur seemed a bit too prim and proper, but then I read on to him fighting with Gilbert and punching Francis, and I had to revise my opinion. You've actually written him really well! I love how he brings out the ten-year-old in Gilbert too XD

I also admire how you've written a realistic approach to two childhood friends meeting each other again. Too often in anime and fanfic etc. people haven't seen each other since they were kids and then act as if there'd been no gap at all since they last saw each other and it's so unrealistic! So I really like the awkwardness between Gilbert and Arthur here, despite the fact that Gilbert wants to get to know Arthur again (even though he's in denial of that fact at the moment ;) )
