This teacher seems like some Reborn, maybe less extreme. He is a great sarcasm teacher for Tsuna.

My guess is that Kusakabe somehow plays an instrument/sings and that Tsuna just never really noticed him at the center. He was probably the one who heard about Tsuna being "harassed".

I wonder who else knows he can sing?

I hope he will get the nerves to sing at school or something because even if kids can be stupid, if he really is good it will earn him some respect (girly voice or not).

And if the bullies are really bad he will have a (bloodthirsty) bodyguard in a few chapters, no?

Really, who is this singing toture? Umm..so this is a AU, does that mean there wont be any mafia. At least Tsuna is not involved with them? Wonder why Nezu was caught the next day, after Tsuna complained about him to his toture...? Hibar must have done something... or maybe Kusakabe did something. But then, Hibari would have been the one to issue the order, since he would 'bite you to death' if you think you can order him around.

I'm just guessing, but is the music instructor Reborn? xD
