I don't know how I feel about the ending. Aren't they brushing over some major issues? Like, the level of cognitive dissonance displayed here was truly astounding. Lucius never actually changed, he just made an exception for Hermione. Also, doesn't he care that his daughter is a half blood, and what that will mean for her future in his society? Surely he changed all those laws, but I can't imagine how he would stay in power after alienating both sides.

Oh boy. I love this story. I have read it so many times. For all that it is kind of dark, and I don't know... Disturbing... It is my favourite Lumione story.
It just feels so authentic. You are not writing them out of character, I think crazy strange and compelling circumstance is the only plausible way for them to be together. His high handedness is so on point.

So I have a request...

Could we have a new Lumione... Please... Any one will do... But if I might venture a prompt... What would Lucius do if the war had claimed the life of his son? And he needed a new heir?
