I never ever see an angsty Cartman in any stories, and it's a nice change from his typical 'oh i'm so bad-ass' thing. Really, your story makes him more human.

I only have one critique: You said they were supposed to be nine, but then you mention them being in a high-school...? Well, I suppose it's a force of habit, seeing as nearly all SP stories take place in those years anyway.
