Just...bravo. An amazing story to read in those nights where you really expect a good, warm YoruSoi story. The emotions described on those two were perfect.

I wouldn't want to analyze the hell out of this chapter...it was so beautiful and meaningful, and I would like to leave it as that.

First, I want to get the praise out of the way. This is a very well written piece, well about fanfiction par.

Now, I have a handful of complaints about this fic, though I don;t know how many of them are actually your fault, since this was a request "built to order," in your words.

The first half of the fic was good, with the two of the discussing honor and duty and what it means to them, but then it took a nose dive with the sudden outbreak of smut.

Yoruichi's logic made absolutely no sense. She knew that Soifon wanted her, but didn't know that she loved her? She gave herself to Soifon as an apology, but she discovered her own love for the woman out of the blue as they had sex? The have sex once in a clearing and suddenly their living together as a happy couple?

Not to mention that the actual smut itself was rather boring.

As I said, I don't know just how much of that is your fault and what is your commissioners'.

Other than that, I really want you to continue to write for this pairing, only without being boxed in by cliches.

This is a well-written, wonderful fic. _ You did a great job of keeping them both in character.
