YOur story is such an amazing gut-wrencher...! It's...well, wow. Amazing, spectacular, stupendous! hahahaha Cx I'm not usuaully one for tragedies, but every once and awhile I find one that I just love too much to care if it even ended sadly. Like this one( I really really like it. haha understatement, but I can't wait for more...! (oh, and, pleeaaase don't end it sadly just cuz I said I would like this story anyway doesn't mean I'm hoping for one P)

This is excellently written! The descriptive language and introspection really keep me hooked.

I am not liking the emphasis on Jane that is starting to develop. She seems a distraction to the intensity of friendship and care between Watson and Holmes, but I can overlook it because of the other elements.
