This story breaks my heart! I love happy endings. Happy! I liked how you explained further Kaito's decision to leave, and that they had an extra interaction and were both upset with each other, but gah! So cruel!

Oh my gosh! Kaito is so sweet . . . I liked how he took back his confession so that it wouldn't be so awkward, and also that Len knows he was serious about it.

But gosh! His suitcase was empty? Was he just pretending to be leaving, or did Len take out the paper so Meiko wouldn't see it?

I hope Kaito didn't . . . didn't die. Poor Len obviously feels more than he realizes!

Can't wait for next chapter! I love how you held us in suspense at the beginning as to what was going on! I was really interested right off the bat.
