I can't say how much I absolutely love this story. Is Kagome not over Dai though? It struck me by surprise because he wasn't mentioned too much in the chapters so I thought she was over him... Anyway I couldn't stop reading this. It made me smile, laugh, and feel so giddy! Even if it's OOC I love the way you wrote all of the characters. Such a perfect story. You are one of my most favorite authors on FF. Please update soon!

You have no idea how much I adore your stories. Everything from the style of writing, to your portrayal of the characters to the plot-progression and content is just, well, flawless. I've only just created an account so I figured I would review because I've literally been manually checking for your updates a couple times a month for like, a year now. There's a future for you in writing for sure, so don't give that shit up. It's been half a year since you updated this, but I hope that's just life getting in the way and doesn't mean you've completely given up on this, because it's *such* a great story. OMG! This is probably the best fanfiction I've ever read.
Even if it's AU, the characters are pretty out-of-character and it has quite nothing to do with the original 'Inuyasha-story' (fighting demons, finding jewel shards etc.) I just couldn't get myself to stop reading it.
I can't wait to read your other fanfictions.
And I'll keep my eyes peeled for the next chapters.

Such great characters, and great depth, everything was just so well written and funny! Lots of great dialogue and interaction between the characters. I am really glad you didn't make Inuyasha into some sort of player, because stories like that really annoy me.

I just have to express my severe love for this story! It's been a long time since I've read something so witty and fun! You portray the characters with a level of depth that seems almost impossible. They are just so real! I have to admit that I don't normally go for the high school fanfics, but this one has easily jumped to the top of that list! A chapter full of fluff that I really needed after a trying week. Kagome was so cute that I almost exploded! Haha. And Inuyasha was cute too (in an appropriately manly way). Overall, the amount of sugar, lovey dovey, and sheer awesomeness in this chapter was over...whelming :).
I really appreciate that, amidst the fluff, there was adequate character growth and we could see a little into Kags' internal conflict of Inuyasha vs. Dai. Unrequited love is definitely a fickle thing and pedestals are real...
I also really liked the alternate kiss scene. It was quite dramatic and awesome, but I agree that it was more important to move the story onwards. Especially since y'all update so slowly... :P

Sometimes when I'm bored I search around the Inuyasha fan fiction hoping to find something half as good as this. I. Love. This. Story. The characters are so filled out and I love them. The writing is so witty and so relatable. I feel like you must have really infused your high school experience into this story because there were so many times when I was like, "Mhm I remember that." It's almost 5AM where I live. I stumbled upon this story about 8PM yesterday and it's all I've been doing. Pleeeeeease update soon. I'll be checking every day, as sad as it sounds. I really can't put into this simple review how much I love this story and how reading all 18 chapters in several hours was the best experience ever. Thank you! :D

There are a few diamonds in fanfiction and this story is beyond amazing. I'm glad I decided to give Walking Tightropes a try. I was actually blown away. It's witty, humorous, adorable and extremely addicting. As soon as I started reading I couldn't stop.

I love the characters, their personalities and relationships. You made every one of them special and just as important. I adore their tight friendship it makes me wish I had friends like that (that doesn't mean I don't love mine in case they read this ;)).
