Damn it all, I'm almost crying. Madam, you have a way of tugging at heartstrings. This was absolutely lovely, but it did feel like a punch in the gut when we found out Zack's parents were dead, especially his mum dying of Geostigma. Still, at least Zack has his grandma.

Now, if you'll excuse me, there is a tissue box that urgently requires my attention.

Oh, damn. I have a feeling that if I hadn't been switching back and forth between this and the music video for the song it was based on, I'd be crying so hard I wouldn't be able to see the screen.
