This was awesome! I love the way you took it from other peoples' perspectives, but kept the focus on Virgil. Not an easy thing to do. :D Sometimes, when oyu read this kind of story, you can skip a few sentences and still get what's happend, but in this case, I couldn't. Every bit of each paragraph was important to the continuity, and it held my interest all the way through.

The characterization was good, the pacing excellent, and all in all, it was a very good read! Thank you!

Nicely done, as always! I love the way you see through Virgil's eyes - it always makes me see him a little differently myself.
