Hey, this is pretty awesome. The AU-ness doesn't bother me-admittedly I only started poking around Gorillaz media recently, but the whole Gorillaz /thing/ is weird enough that even if I knew "canon" by heart I wouldn't care because you wrote so well.

I love you for finishing this. I really liked the way you captured 2D's voice and the way you developed his relationship with Noodle was fantastic. You could really tell that they just got each other. The evolution of their looks to one another also was brilliant.

Any chance you'll be doing a Plastic Beach follow-up (although I must admit that this had some great closure)? If not, I hope you'll be writing more in the fandom in general! Great work.

Good god, I fugging luh-ved it. But I got so caught up in it I forgot you ignored El Manana and I kept waiting for it to come up, and then all of the sudden it was over and I was sad.

I for one, would not be against a sequel. But I loved it as a one-shot anyway.
