I really still find it hard to believe that Naruto of all people would be so dead-set on a biological child; Sasuke, having a blood line limit would make sense, but Naruto was an orphan all his life and would probably not care too much. Sure, he teared up, when meeting Minato and probably Kushina too, but apart from that he hardly ever seemed to wonder about his parents. He also seems to share a special bond with other orphans.

I'm not trying to say Naruto wanting his own child is unbelievable, but so far it hasn't been explained enough, as his usual attitude does not suggest such a mindset.

Although not much of note has happened, yet, I'm looking forward to seeing more.

What I don't get is why Naruto biological clock would tick at all. Males can father children all their life (I would know, I'm going to become a big sister at 22) and if he really wanted children adoption can't be too hard in a ninja-village, where almost every third person seems to be an orphan.

By the way, is it a mistake that the second protagonist is stated to be "Setsuna"?
