i dont think i ever had so much fun reading a fanfiction about the JOKER kdkdk, its unsettling the amount of times i laughed out loud genuinely. its so good! theres some mispelling but i figure you didnt edit it and its fine! im loving this so much! riley is such a smartmouth and mr j being sarcastic and her witty come backs and just their overral interactions kills me everytime ahahaha. like on the part he said his name was joe kerr, or when he said "are you asking me out?" KDKDKK i can hear him say it and i just gaggle! kskdjd, this is really a cool fic, again, youve done an amazing job! ill go back to reading it lmao, i wanted to leave this review before i forgot. i hope youre doing well and you keep going with this one too! youre really bringing him back and its comforting! xo.

As always, the dynamics you write between the Joker and your original characters is so fun. I love that Riley is aware of how terrible the Joker is but it doesn't stop her own selfishness in not telling anyone about him, and her own conflicting feelings about liking him and the irony of how this man who some may even call Death himself makes her feel more alive than ever. This is a rather extreme version about the lengths people will go not to feel lonely and to be seen and acknowledged ha I love it! Riley herself is complex and interesting all her own even when in the presence of the Joker, and I'm still not over the reveal that she's a murderer..."That woman—that girl—didn't exist anymore, the one who had killed her boyfriend, point blank, in front of all her family and friends," she's already died and pulled herself out of it, then became a new person only to find out about her diagnosis. It makes you think that it all is really a cruel joke and I bet the Joker is having a good laugh at that, wondering how far he can push her now that he knows this information.

While I'm definitely a bigger fan of your Distored fic & all the ones involving Taylor & her Mr.J, I still enjoyed this fic. It might not be quite as well polished as some of your other work but it's still well worth the whole concept of Riley being terminally ill is intriguing, particularly because you know there can be no happy ending because of it-not that there's ever a very big chance of that happening when the Joker is involved. What can I say? I'm a sucker for tragic tales filled with angst and dysfunctional relationships haha.

Please keep writing because I still wanna know why/how Riley supposedly killed her boyfriend, & what the heck was in that box under her bed that gave her away! And as usual, I love that rotten bastard J!

Anyways, as always you've still got an avid reader in me & I look forward to seeing more of your work :)
