I don't know about other reviewers, but (as a Latter-day Saint) your portrayal of people of my religion here was troubling to me. While we do believe in the Second Coming of Christ and the scriptures and church leaders have always taught us to prepare ourselves carefully, with a heavy emphasis on putting our own lives in order and living the Gospel of Jesus Christ more fully, they also teach us not to go to extremes and to tend to our ordinary business normally and for the long haul. I have never heard of Latter-day Saints making an organized picket of anyone, much less anything like this. We are not doomsayers; in fact, we look forward to and have great hope in Christ's coming. Just FYI.

This ending was too cute, a welcome relief from all the intensity of Alistaire and Daddy dearest and Everyone Hates Sammy Though He Didn't Do Anything.

Oh, this was marvelous: Sam the "humble servant" heroically saving people from the flood, Dean breaking out of the hospital to look out for Sam, and the two of them causing chaos in the emergency room when they're both hauled in much worse for wear! Very well written, a pleasure to read. Humour, brotherly banter and grousing, heart-stopping action and determination to help others and each other all in one great read. I had no idea who Bob was - a Cas substitute? - but it didn't matter. I think Ill have at look at your other stories as well!

Well written,fast paced and good plot. I look forward to good hurt!Sam-protective!Dean stories as they're so few and far between. I always equate being a hurt!Sam fan with being a Hurt!Starsky fan. It may happen yet, but Dean'll be hurt worse or on life support. Again. Aw, just ignore my petulant .
