Goodness! This is so much fun to read. I love the blossoming of their relationship. They're amazing for reach other.

At eight, she wanted to be the best cop in America. That's soo cute! And it appears to have become true! She is one of the best damn cops in America, I reckon second best to Flack, but hey, I'm biased.

This was such an amazing one to read, and it seems like a a typical Flack/Angell moment. It was short, but you got so much out of it!

I love seeing Jess talk to Don about her dream guy. My favorite part is this part of their conversation.

"Will you let me know when you meet this 'dream guy' of yours?"

"I think I already have." Jess murmured, kissing his palm as he brushed her hair from her face.

"I was hoping you were gonna say something like that." Don wove his hand into her hair and pulled her into another kiss. "Because I met my dream girl about two and a half years ago and I still can't get her out of my head."

Wonderful! I'm glad he didn't believe her about fairy tales. Because we all need a little fantasy even if your prince carries a gun and has melting blue eyes! I LOVE how Jess wanted to be a cop even as a kid, but her father shouldn't have told her that. I know it was always about protecting her, but she is tough even back then!

"Well, she might just threaten your dream to be the best cop in America one day." Don teased.

Jess prodded him lightly in the stomach. "Gimme a break; I was a kid." She closed her eyes, breathing in his familiar scent. "I wasn't joking around, you know. I meant what I said."

Don cupped her face in his hand, his other arm still wrapped firmly around her waist. "So did I."

We will take whatever your brain gives us, we are grateful that you are doing ALL of their stories! :)

Hmmm...no Stella/scumbag, darn! I thought it would be nice to see Jess reassure her that everyone can be fooled, and have that be the start of their friendship. But how about Jess running into the Mandi Foster and showing her how cool jail really is! Man, that model was an idiot!

Don't worry about the order - you've got to write where inspiration strikes! And, with the episode related ones, the title of the episode tells us where the order falls - I just consult my dvd boxes if I can't remember what happend before/after it :-)

As for her dream guy - Don would be any of us girls dream guy!

And, sorry I really can't think of anything to do with open and shut. Although as Don was on the hotel case (not the one Stella was on) it should be fairly easy to avoid the Stella/frankie thing but I havn't got any ideas for anything from Don's case.

You don't have to worry too much about posting in order, TitansRule. But it might be helpful if you opened your story by telling us where it falls in the order, or, you could put the order of the stories on your home page with a mention to look there.
