It has been more than 3 years since I last read this story, and that was WAY before I experienced the game version of Star Force/Ryuusei no Rockman 3 ['cause the anime didn't reach the 3rd game, but that's beside the point]. I watched both EXE and RnR anime back in 2014, so yeah, my memory about the anime might get rusty after such a long time gap.

[Also personal note, I will occasionally switch between Japanese names and English names, they meant the same thing unless I specify while typing the review]

Before I truly start the review, let me give my first feeling reading this story a few years ago. I was hyped, seeing two of my favourite childhood Mega Man series crossovered as a story, and the fact that Rockman EXE: Operating Shooting Star sucked hard as a crossover. I originally this story was an awesome story, yet... at the time, I was NOT familiar with Star Force 3, as I didn't experience the game yet. Everything followed and matched correctly in Access (according to my memory? Again, it's been a long time I watched both animes), so I brushed aside whatever Star Force 3's elements that I didn't recognised.

That being said, past is past, now is the present. Now that I know the events of Star Force 3... my view of this story kinda changed a bit when I revisited your story.

[For those who are reading the review section and had not read the story yet, this review will contain spoilers, so I advise you to not read it unless you wanna get spoiled.]

So let's start with AU's plot itself. This took place at the final battle (the main plot itself) in RnR3, where Subaru was fighting against Crimson Dragon to save his father and the Earth. This IS an important plot point that we need to note about, but I will talk about it a bit more later at a certain part of this story.
Crimson Dragon's core merged with RnR Rockman, and the final battle led to both Subaru and Warrock got transferred through the space-time continuum (or some weird Noise Wave rift) and landed into the time 20XX, where it is the anime world and Netto's time.

Geo woke up in the night and the Hunter VG was unable to the Satelite Admits on Earth as they didn't exist back then. So they kinda trapped, not knowing what to do. At the same time, Netto found a blue shooting star crashed to somewhere nearby, and he being the curious boy he went and looked for the crashed shooting star (who was Subaru's Rockman form), and then he bumped into Subaru, who just recovered from the unconsciousness. Netto just apologised and ran off to find the star immediately after, leaving Subaru alone.

Then DA (Dimensional Area) field appeared suddenly, trapping the protagonists. Subaru, sensing danger, tried to Wave Change (or Denpa Henkan) by shouting 'Denpa Henkan, Hoshikawa Subaru, On Air!', but he failed as the "registration code couldn't be detected" (as they were in the old time). He could hear Meteor G's voice, but he just shrugged it off.
Here is your first problem. This is RnR3, where Subaru did not shout 'Denpa Henkan, Hoshikawa Subaru, On Air!'. He instead shouted this: "Transcode, Shooting Star Rockman!" I did check the Mega Man Wiki to confirm this fact. I guess you forgot about this, as in the Japanese anime and game for the first 2 games, he did shout that, and since we didn't receive 3rd season for the anime, you never notice the change. But yeah, he should shout the latter line when he wave changed in this part.

Next, SS Rockman (or Subaru & Warrock) tried to clear the virus out, and Bubbleman found him and mistaken him as the R EXE one. Crimson Dragon's noise was slowly building up. Then Beastman crashed into Bubbleman as he was trying to find the source of disturbance, and R Rockman found SS Rockman. When the Meteor Server Access in Subaru reached 100 percent, he suddenly finalised into Black Ace and lose control of himself, kicking everyone's butt before DA disappeared. Netto went to check with Subaru to see if he see 'Black Ace', and suddenly Subaru got himself 'captured' by Netto.

Then we skimmed to the part where Enzan tried to fish info from Subaru, and Enzan thought Subaru had an "amnesia". Subaru and Warrock finally noticed that they were in the past, and Subaru exchanged his busted Hunter VG with an Advance PET (the one that used in Access). Suddenly DA appeared again, Needleman and Bubbleman decided to attack the building they were in. Subaru then wave changed to help Enzan to fight Needleman while allowing Enzan to fight Bubbleman in the system.

When the battle was finished, Subaru ran away but to meet Forte in a Kid Gospel robot, and then Enzan caught Subaru again outside of the building. Netto headed back to home to know that Subaru temporary stayed in Netto's house until further notice. Dr. Regal wanted to capture SS Rockman, you know the bad guy's stuff. The next day we have Netto, Meiru and Subaru in the arcade net-battling, and Subaru received a Dark Chip by Yuriko. Then Netto challenged Subaru into a battle, with Rockman EXE vs Warrock, and Rockman EXE won due to the machine couldn't detect Warrock's frequency change. We also have the scientists in Sci-Lab discoved the existance of Noise.

Then we cut to Burai (or Solo, take your pick) wanted to chase Subaru down through the time rift/portal as he wanted to get the Mu Metal in Subaru's body back...? What? I know, you just beat Star Force 3's post game by the time you wrote this part and want a way for Solo to be in the past to help Subaru, but you SHOULD KNOW, that the event of Mu Metal in Subaru's body was at the POST game, not the main. This AU, was taken place at the main plot, like literally at the climax. Subaru should not have encounter Sirius yet, let alone having Mu Metal yet.

We are back into DA appeared again around Subaru and Netto, and Beastman attack the duo again. Subaru got the nickname 'Ryuusei' in his SS Rockman form by Netto, and he changed into Wolf Noise and together with R Rockman, they deleted Beastman. Then DA disappears but SS Rockman's form didn't dissipate as well, which shocked both Netto and Rockman EXE. Forte want the power Subaru had.

Kinda wanna skim through chapter 5 and 6 a bit as I know this review is long enough. It's just Solo reached 20XX and fought Forte, and both Rockman teamed up to beat Dessertman.

SS Rockman sensed noise somewhere and headed to where Solo was, leaving both Enzan and Netto hanging. Solo almost got his butt kicked before Laplace called Subaru to help out and hide in a place. Both Netto and Enzan chased after "Ryuusei" to encounter Forte and battle against him. Enzon got knock out of Cross Fusion, SS Rockman came and fought back, suddenly he gone berserk again as Black Ace appeared again. Enzan finally noticed who SS Rockman was, and Burai tried to bring Subaru back in control. Subaru felt unconscious, Yuriko approached the two but failed, and both Solo and Subaru got caught by the Net Police. Solo revealed what Subaru's form actually went by. When Subaru woke up, he finally realised that the core of Meteor G was in him, and why Solo came to 20XX.

Solo escape from the jail, the Net Police didn't trust Subaru as they found a Dark Chip on him, Enzan tried to ask the truth from Subaru but failed, Subaru got out of the jail and met up with Yuriko and Solo. She asked the two to meet Regal, and the two walked away after sensing bad vibes from him. Subaru returned to Netto's house and Netto found him there. Subaru finally told the truth of his identity as the guy from the future to Netto and Rockman EXE. Subaru and Warrock could sense Meteor G in the past as it was not destroyed at the time. Net Police busted into Netto's house and capture Subaru again, and bring him to Regal and Yuuichiro. Enzan and Netto rushed back to help Subaru, then Shademan crahsed in, then Subaru tried to fight back but he almost got defeated as his form was slowly changing from Cygnus to Black Ace, and he was resisting to access the Meteor Server. With a random voice in Subaru's head, telling he need to use the form to save his friends and has the ability to control the form (I'm guessing it is either Daigo or Ace), he finally snapped out of it and turned into Black Ace without going berserk.

Laserman and Needleman showed up and deleted Shademan (or almost deleted... if Stream season is anything to go by). Black Ace fought back to protect Netto and Enzan as Laserman was harming them. The bad navis retreated, and Subaru couldn't get out of his Black Ace form, so he escaped. Enzan got an idea where he hide, so he and Netto tried to find Subaru. This is where this story 'stopped'.

There, done with the plot summary thingy. I'm sure I missed some details here and there, with me skipping mostly Regal and Darkloid segments. Why did I summarize the story? Well it is to help me to review this story and to point out whatever thing in here that bugged me. I hope you don't mind me doing that.

Let me talk about the writing first. Honestly, I love the details of this story. All the expressions, descriptions of a character, how does the battles went on in this story... it is quite FUN to read. It's quite easy to imagine all of it, and fans can recognise whatever things happened in here pretty easily. The characters are fun to read, and they are all in character. The battles are very exciting to read, and even after a few years I last watched the anime for Access, I still enjoyed it here. I don't spot any grammatical errors here (then again, my English is not that great), and the story format is quite neat too.

However, I do want to critize your plot. They are alright and all, don't get me wrong, I actually enjoy the plot, but there are a few holes here (and a few nitpicks).

Well, the major goof up this story had, is actually Solo in this story. I partially blamed SF3 for having Solo appeared in the Meteor Server at the climax of the main plot somehow without much explanation, considering Subaru had to use a rocket to go to space in the first place, even with his very high resistance of Noise due to the Ace Program. But that is besides the point.
How did Burai returned to the server after delivering Jack and Tia back to Earth? Sure, I would appreciate if you explained that part, and yeah this is a nitpick.
Then we have Mu Metal plot... that we SHOULDN'T have it in here. You should know it, as you played it. You could have a better reason on why Solo want to follow Subaru to the past (or why did he return to the Meteor Server), or you could just not put him and Laplace in here. Heck, you can make Daigo is the one that follow Subaru, with some changes to the plot of this story here and there (even if it is a drastic one). Or just have Subaru and Warrock stucked in the past by themselves only.
Sorry to sound like I'm repeating myself a lot.

The other plot 'hole' in this story had is in fact SS Rockman's form... or specificly, Warrock's head on his left arm... if you really wanna count it as a 'hole'.
Considering SS Rockman had Ace Program installed in him and able to Noice Change and Finalize, I could shrugged it out as a detail that aren't needed to explain in here. What I can't help but notice that you kinda forgot about Hunter VG's ability to streamline EM Wave Change (or Denpa Henkan), which was why Warrock's head was replaced with an armour piece (which was still him) and a few parts of SS Rockman's design changed in the first place. Personally, I feel like you could have the old design while having the Ace Program in him, or you could briefly explain why SS Rockman still have his current design AFTER Subaru had changed his Hunter VG to an Advance PET. Subaru's current design should not appear on the old technolgy (Transer and Star Carrier), let alone a very old tech like a 20XX PET.
Sure, it IS a hassle to rewrite everything from the time Subaru first transformed after he exchanged Hunter VG to PET, from having Warrock's head on his left arm and maybe went with the Noice Change, and maybe Geo was hesitant to let Warrock net-battling as he looked like the head on 'Ryuusei', but I do believe this will give some extra spice yet nostalgic feeling to the fans to imagine the new (for the Noice Change) yet old (for the old design of the normal SS Rockman) look.
Or if you still want to have just RnR3's SS Rockman design like this story did, just explain that Warrock transferred most of the data in Hunter VG to Advance PET, making the PET similar to the Hunter VG. I do kinda doubt Warrock did any transferring in here tho.
Hey, this is just my suggestion, so you don't have to follow it.

BTW, I'm surprised that Enzan, ya know, the son of the president of IPC which manufacture PETs, never ever question the mere existance of Hunter VG... It is a 'PET' he never seen before, and he as the vice-president should noticed that. Idk, considering he thought Subaru was acting very weird (or amnesiac to Enzan at least), shouldn't he (or anyone at Sci-lab really) be curious about the device, even tho it is busted? But hey, it is just a nitpick and I am just typing my thoughts out.

And I do read the reviews by many other users/guests in here... like Sonochu, and Sanger-sequence, who had some good eye and pointed out some oddities. [I don't think you fixed them yet]
From the inconsistent English and Japanese wording for the locations and the battle cards, to Warrock talked to Subaru on his left arm (ya know, the arm armour) but then talked telepathically to him immediately after. I would like to have Netto explained why Subaru was given a nickname 'Ryuusei' as well [you can do that at the part Subaru was telling the truth to Netto].
BTW, I'm kinda surprised that no one ever point out that you created a plot hole with Solo here.

So yeah, how is my feeling about this story in general now? Gonna say, this story is a blast reading through, and I do enjoy the plot a lot. It has a lot of potential to become something very great! However, I do think the details for Star Force series are kinda messy. When you are writing a story that contains a lot of facts, or if you are unsure about certain details, please look it up at a Wiki or go through the game again (as in either watching a gameplay or play it again) so that things like plot holes can be avoided. Seriously, double check your story/chapters to spot any mistakes, even after you had posted the chapter some time ago. You might notice details that you missed, or wrote the wrong info in the past but now you do. It works for me.

Anyway, pretty great story, but again, double check your plot and details to avoid such mistakes. Kinda doubt you ever read this VERY LONG review as you had not updated this story since 2013, but yeah, sorry for the lengthy review and if I offended you in this review.

Huh, I never looked into the manga much, I remember stopping to the part about some type of Synchro that hurts both the NetOp and Navi. Man, I can't wait to read the next one!

This is soooo awesome! The fight scenes were incredible, I might even draw something, like R Rockman's first encounter with Black Ace, I could totally imagine it! And it's actually a good thing that the chapters are long, so that means I have more to read!

Omg! I love this freaking story, I can't believe I haven't seen this! (These Japanese names are gonna take a while to getting used to lol, but its nothing too big!)

I hated how Capcom changed the buster in SF 3... now it looks like its just Geo there..

And feels like only Geo to "experience" the power of Noise..(this was played straight in later chapter..) Since Mega doesn't change at all..

Unlike Star Break and Tribe On where Mega change as well.. now it feels like Geo is hogging the glory in battle in SF 3..
