Athena's phoenix chapter 1 . 9/8/2016
Brilliant. :D
This is incredibly entertaining.
hedwigsart chapter 1 . 10/15/2015
I didn't think this could be workable. No way there could be a House x Good Omens fic that could stand up to both works, but, you blessed human being (though I'm not sure something as awesome can come entirely from a human) you did it. This fic is unbelievably amazing. It had a great plot, which oh so many crossovers lack, and the characters were so in character. But what made this fic so great in my POV, is that you truly got TPs and NGs writing styles down. This was just like reading Good Omens, with the added awesomeness of House mixed in there. Words can't express how much I love this fic (at least, I can't express it). This will be read again and again...and then some more, by me and everyone I can get into these two fandoms. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS FIC! It made my day... And night. I stayed up way past 4am and even in a state a lot like I imagine a hangover would feel like (never had one) I don't regret ANYTHING.
ImLostForever chapter 1 . 1/24/2015
This was marvellous!
Mikomikono chapter 1 . 7/21/2012
Oh my God. This was the epicest thing I've read since the actual Good Omens. Congratulate yourself, you've done good. It's four am here, and I should be asleep but I can't 'cause I'm all giddy. You have made my night.

The writing was exeptional. Writing enjoyable Good Omens fanfiction is hard, given the pure wit and comedy and geniousity the book itself is filled with, but you succeeded very well. It stayed true to the nature of the book, but wasn't restrained by it. Every character was themself (and if not in the book, you had created interesting and fun personalities to them) although I must say I had hoped for more alone time between Aziraphale and Crowley. Well, you can't have it all, eh?

You also managed the bickering between House and Wilson surprisingly well. It had the right amount of sarcasm, fondness and annoyance in it, but it wasn't forced in anyway. Natural bromance is hard to write, without it turning into something else or without it being plain bad. Especially in the case of these two.

You also had a proper plot! That's a thing we need more. I don't know how much time and effort you had actually put into the plot, but it appeared well planned and working. So good for you! I really liked it. It was a great mixture of Good Omens -religion, the bible and common human sense. It was very entertaining.

Now, I just wanna point out a few minor things. You repeat "just before you die" twice in the infra-black explenation, it makes it sound a bit... tacky. You might wanna consider doing something about that, but it's fine even if you don't. Also, in the only dialogue parts it is slightly unclear as to who is talking and whan, but it's manageable. And since you have chapters, you could chop it up. It's quite a lot of text for one page. I mean, it would be much easier to read. But these are just my opionions. Lastly, the small GO fan inside me screamed when you said Adam's hair was dark brown. 'Cause, you know, it's golden. They say it like five times in the baby swapping scene and a few times after that. Yes, I know he could have dyed it, but I don't see Adam as someone who would dye his hair, really. That's all.

All in all, a great fic, thank you so much for writing it. I had fun. I'm looking forward to reading more of your fics... tomorrow. I apologise for any typos I might, and probably will have, I do not currently possess a spellcheck and it is four in the morning, as previously stated. Thank you, and good night.
Miko out.
AEDReaper chapter 1 . 6/5/2012
There are no words to describe this story, it's beyond perfect!
used to be dragonrider17 chapter 1 . 8/8/2011
This is the most spectacularly brilliant story I have ever read. You captured everone's personality just about perfectly! I loved the snark and the wit and how everyone fit together so nicely. You've got a great writing style, very true to Pratchett and Gaiman!

And...ah! There are so many things I love about this that I don't know how or where to start! I loved reading this, it was just so much fun!
Twist chapter 1 . 4/28/2011
Just . . . It's just. It was brilliant. The writing sparkled, the characters were perfect. The story was brilliant. I don't know what you did to create this but keep on doing what you're doing.
Vorel laraek chapter 1 . 12/19/2010
This is wonderfully, riiculously, completely crack. AMAZING work!
Nocturnal Smile chapter 1 . 12/4/2010
Simply an amazing story, I love how you kept everyone perfectly in character and just the plot itself! House saves the world. Yes. I don't even know where to begin about all the things I loved about your story. Thanks so much for writing it, it's such an enjoyable read!
RandomPenName chapter 1 . 11/29/2010
Great story, its so very Pratchett-esque. Well done
Pandora de Romanus chapter 1 . 11/8/2010
My friend this is an AWSOME fic. I loved it! Well written, interesting and VERY Good Omens... House and Wilson seem to be taken for the ride and making the better of it, I loved it! Congrats for the good work. It's really remarkable.
SecondtoNon chapter 1 . 11/6/2010
OMG this was AWESOME!
Idiot Number 42 chapter 1 . 11/1/2010
I can't believe this doesn't have more reviews. It's BRILLIANT. I have too many favourite moments to count, but Pterry-as-god, living englishly ever after and House's atheism being demolished in pretty much the most spectacular way possible were fantastic. And Adam and Jesus... ah, that is, Jessica make an adorable couple.

Utterly brilliant. :D
LovelyWeather chapter 1 . 10/17/2010
Oh. My. Ra. O.O

I can't believe a jewel of a story such as this one has only 6 reviews (including mine) and some shitty, too-plain-and-not-to-mention-too-cliché-to-be-true stories out there get hundreds and thousands of reviews! People on this site have no taste what-so-ever!

I can't even begin to describe all the things that I loved in this fic! You did an amazing impression of the 'Good Omens' writing style, but managed to put in both House and Wilson masterfully, never for a second making them seem out of place or superfluous. All the characters were so IC that it's almost unbelievable, the plot is pure g-e-n-i-o-u-s, the little comments at the end of chapters are positively hilarious (I shall never forget:'This is because God is Terry Pratchett in disguise. And nothing you people say is going to convince me otherwise.' xD). Not to mention you've fed my love for the British so much that I'll never be starving again! I mean, damn, House was brilliant, Crowley was just 'Ahhh!', the grammar is pretty much flawless: this fic has everything I could have asked for. Suma sumarum: I love you. Yes, you heard it right, I love you.

One suggestion: divide the whole text into... well, chapters. I know you DO have chapters, but divide it in ff. net kind-of-chapters (dunno if you get me, but I don't know how to explain it :P). It would be much easier on the eyes, and I bet more people would be willing to take up such a task as reading this huge piece of wonders. ;)

This review is loooong, yes, and I'm aware that I'm pretty much rambling, but I do sincerely hope you get my point. It is late (or should I say early?) but I just had to review it, as it deserves every review it gets.

And I'm planning on spreading the word about it. :D Thank you for writing this,

Elisa of the Flames
