I really enjoyed this as a concept - for me the most compelling part was by far the differing treatment of the ‘blessed ones’ in the Earth Kingdom and ‘cursed’ ones in the Fire Nation, and where Zuko himself falls between those two differing ideologies. I love that you didn’t go the safe route and have Zuko marry Kuei and make that fix everything - I also appreciate your handling of Azula, as she is both absolutely terrifying and powerful, and a deeply damaged child regurgitating her father’s terrible ideas. Zuko not to give up on Azula is one of my all time favourite Avatar fic tropes.

This story had me caught and reading it through in one sitting, it's so good. Poor Zuko though. I wish Kuei and him had a chance, though the thought of Zuko being nothing more than a doll behind walls bearing children for his husband is horrifying.

Jet's surprise find of Bosco in Zuko's bed was hilarious and especially since he meant to hurt Zuko (*growls like a wolf protecting it's young*) VERY satisfying.

I dearly hope the GAang realizes Zuko isn't evil and helps him, now that Azula is about to kill him. Can she truly be safed? I mean, if she were on there side, Ozai would be in trouble and I kind of like the idea of her and Zuko having a loving sibling relationship.

Please update soon, I need to know what'll happen.

I've read this all in the past couple hours and so, and so far this whole thing seems really interesting! I hope you'll find the time to come back to this and continue, even if it's been a few years. I'll admit it saddens me a bit when good stories don't get finished, but I'm glad I at least found this one regardless! I'm curious where you'll take it in all honesty. What happened to u?

This is still my favourite story of all time and I'm holding out hope.

I always come back to this story to see if it's updated. Even if it hasn't, it's still a good read. If this is ever continued I'm going to faint out of happiness.

Sigh... what is with me and finding rare pairs... Anyways, I find that I absolutely love this pairing... And the KuZu pairing is probably going to be the healthiest, even with the dishonesty that started it. I look forward to seeing any future updates on how this unfolds.

I love how you were going to fix Azula's insecurities with "unconditional love", I've read all the comics after the series ended and they've yet to resolve her storyline so I have high hopes for your fic if you ever choose to continue it. No pressure though.
