I'm delighted to see new fiction about this part of the story! And the twist at the end is terrific. It's obviously a translation from the original language, maybe doesn't read as well as it could-but it's great that you were able to get it into English, so American and other English-speaking fans can access it.

I think there are a couple things in here Daniel Knauf didn't intend, but that's fine...his intentions weren't clearly spelled out in the show as aired.

And personally, I think of Scudder as speaking better English (I mean, not using language like "ain't"). But I could be wrong. I haven't looked at my DVDs in quite a while!
