what can I say that so many others havn't gushed over... it's simply bloody brilliant, I could actually imagine this as a two part special. The writing was virtually flawless, the charecters didn't get downplayed, you offered an explanation to part of the cannon that never made sence... simply brilliant.

I wonder what would happen if Father were turned into an genie and Numbuh 362 had rubbed the lamp and wished for limitless wishes. I bet Father would be miserable. So, Numbuh Phenon, could you write this fanfiction?

Once again, you have successfully captured the relationship between Nigel and Rachel and conveyed it excellently!

As an added bonus, Nigel's father is presented as a seasoned, wise, and relatively mature parental figure (as opposed to a clueless one) in his discussion with Nigel. (Everyone seems to know that there's something going on between Nigel and Rachel! (grins))

Also, the comparison to the Wally & Kuki relationship is hilarious!

Nigel's attempts at avoiding Rachel (ultimately leading to disaster!), Hoagie trying to convince Nigel to come play videogames with him, and Abby's note are some of the funniest parts of this chapter!

Nigel and Rachel... their relationship is one of the more interesting in fanfiction history. There are a decent number of similarities, and yet enough differences that they are not carbon copies of each other and so are strong enough characters in their own right, respectively.

You certainly understand that, which makes this opening chapter an excellent read.
