GabrielleduVent chapter 1 . 1/20/2012 I love this! I always thought it was weird that Duncan, the epic grizzled veteran type, told me that the wardens shall "sing songs"... um, Duncan? hello? You probably can do lots of things but you probably can't sing... But this was not something I should have read during class. I nearly let out a guffaw and I had to leave to compose myself. |
Marching Madly Onward chapter 1 . 1/2/2011 I love it. The Fade was easily the worst part of the game, so it's wonerful to see you beating it with the parody stick. I find myself really like Aedan. He is so sensible about it all, whether it's paying just enough attention to hear what he needs from Niall or realizing that Burning Man amounts to the slight benefit of fire powers at the cost of CONSTANTLY BEING ON FIRE. He's so dwarven in his sensibilities, riffing on Niall for being so stupid about the Fade or the simple-yet-useful tactical insight of punching everything that annoys you in the privates. I'm looking forward to chapter 3. |
Arsinoe de Blassenville chapter 1 . 8/3/2010 "Anyway, blah blah Litany blah blah Urdred big words talky talky guardian demons are you even listening?" Ha! This is great. I look forward to more. |
Nevarstar chapter 2 . 8/2/2010 I am enjoying this story |
Enaid Aderyn chapter 2 . 8/2/2010 This is hysterical - I'm laughing like a jackass here. Most excellently well done! "Self-narration… ending." *DIES* |
Sarah1281 chapter 1 . 5/14/2010 I love this story! Duncan's 'oh, let's go off and be bards' is ridiculous and I love how Aedan handled that. Talking to Niall also really gets boring the first time, never mind if you've gone through the Fade sequence multiple times. I can't wait to see how he reacts to his companions' dreams. Wynne's, especially, gets old because if she's not dead she has to be in your party. Not using persuade on her and convincing her that this must be a dream because you promised to help her and then just vanished makes the confrontation okay but other than that...her accusations that everything is your fault when you weren't even there gets really grating. I can't wait to see the rest. :) |
mille libri chapter 1 . 5/14/2010 Hee! Tongue-in-cheek successfully achieved. Looking forward to the next installment! |
