This was so sad! I could really feel Peeta's heartbreak at the station. It was one of the moments in the book that devastated me on his behalf, and you brought it to life so well.

This was also one of the moments when I knew I was a goner for Peeta. I was trying to remain neutral so I wouldn't have my heart broken when (I assumed) Katniss ended up with Gale. But this was definitely one the first things that cracked the neutrality (until I was a full-on convert later in book 2).

I can't wait to read Gale's POV too. His pain must have been unfathomable. Can't wait to see how you portray him!

This was really great. I just finished reading "Cinna" and I said I would check out your other Hunger Games Fanfictions, so here I am. I liked the last line particularly, since it was sort of a spoof on the book. The whole thing captured Peeta's perspective beautifully and you really sounded like you understood what he was feeling and thinking. This is really good!
