"I'm still at Mikan's room, just wake up. What's wrong Shiki?" - just woke up - past tense.

"Something's happens, and it is Mikan we're talking about…" - The "s" in Something’s indicates the verb “has” so it’s the present perfect “something has happened”

"If he really don't have a heart” If he really doesn’t - Don’t forget to conjugate!

I think you meant something entirely different here: “He was either breathing or even responsive; his heart line was straight and no more curves on the lines” - Did you mean “He was NEITHER breathing NOR even responsive”? Because it’s a difference. If he was not breathing you have to put neither and nor inside. “On the lines” you mean on the screen? Lines wouldn’t be the correct word here.

The meaning of Yume….ka? “ka” is meant for questions. It can also mean “Was it a dream” “A dream?” something along these lines. “Ka” is often used at the end of questions.

I cried when I read these: when he broke down after Kaoru's death,when he was in the hospital with Jinno and when he was crying because of Izumi's death... And when Mikan told him all these things... So... way too much...!

The scene with Kaoru's death was so sad, and him crying while unconscious at the end... Saying sorry to Mikan... So saad!

I like when you mention about the HSP running across the Hanahime-den; I can't imagine how did you do that! You really convey the emotion in this chapter that I can feel it when it reaches the climax; I was so sad when I read it.

When Mikan cried in the dream and when she was angry with him, and the Subaru saw the HSP crying while unconscious; I really crying when I read this. It's really sad, so sad that I couldn't continue it for a while.

It was very very very good! One question or will it be answered later? Why did Takumi and Miaka lose their Alices? Miaka didn't have the Alice type to lose the Alice when she grows older so I didn't quite understand the reason behind it...

Another critic (sorry): Again, the grammatic. I was confused more than once because of some mistakes. Especially the past form of leave is left and you wrote leaved around 5 times" Just don't confuse the past tense with other tenses because the meaning could be very different sometimes.
