That was how /what/ began? Ah, now I want to know! . I really like the introductory chapter here. It's well written, appears to have the basis of a substantial plot with interesting character development and philosophies, and focuses on one of my favorite characters! :) Seriously, you should consider writing more for this- It's really good!
