I really liked this story. Your writing style is very mature and the writing flowed together very well. I loved how they were both very very in character.
And yet... And yet...
I found myself wishing halfway through that this was a conversation between America and Germany. Think about his experience with past bosses. I think that would make for an interesting conversation.
