Wow, this was a really rare find in SH fanfics! ;D I enjoyed it alot. Most SH slash fics are rape, but I can understand why. *sweatdrops* This was so cute, though, I squealed a few times. XD Thanks for the story! :)

I like this a lot. Actually I have never read a Walter quite like yours. But I suppose he should be calmer yet still possessive of his Mother after the ritual is complete. I especially like that he still has his great Henry-stalking abilities. And Henry is just so 'Henry' in death. I can picture him interacting with every sacrament like that. Gah... it's just...so Henry, y'know.

The whole story is melancholic with an increasing sweetness. There were a lot of phrases that were gold in this that reminded us of the situation they're all in: 'Time was irrelevant in death...' which I just love. This was such a pleasant read.
