Yes. I was thinking sometimes about how people would have reacted to Gaara being Kazekage. People who witnessed his attacks and lost dear ones because of him. Great story.

I really think that Gaara is Not Guilty On Account of Insanity, but well, his victims were still his VICTIMS.
