So sweet, one of the best oneshots I've read, alot of oneshots are messy, but this one was not it was written perfectly, made perfect sense and the storyline was really sweet, something you could see really happening between the couple :)

Let me just write this-THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST ONE-SHOT THAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN about Troy and Gabriella about you have written,every single word,every single emotion you can feel it and you can imagine 's what I admire about you so much,your writing is so..unique(if thats even the right word to describe it).The way you wrote Troy and Gabriella's conversation,the way you put how both of them were feeling was just pure first part where they're at the tree,I keep saying "Why he didn't say it first?",but there was more drama coming,when they talked with their parents and friends,and the end,the proposal,the words,I can so picture scene like this the last sentence too damn good.

And now Did I mention this was th best damn thing ever?

Can't wait for the next update,whatever you decide to update next.

That was so sweet, I love how it turned out for them. The beginning was so sad and Troy is such an idiot for jumping to conclusion but the happy ending is what counts. I'm glad Gabriella let him have it about how she feels concerning the whole situation. Incredible job, well done. I'm looking forward to reading more from you, also I wanted to thank you again for helping me out with the Rent tickets. I have mine secured and I'm all set for opening night. I adore college fics. If there is one thing that saddens me slightly about this fandom is the lack of good college fics. You have provided once again though Anna.
I really like the way you tied in aspects of the movies and drew parallels so that the actions of Troy were put into a context. This context is what allows us to understand his decision to 'let her go' so to speak. He's watched her experience a great number of things previously, and once again he is seeing himself as a factor 'holding back' Gabriella from her destiny. It is heartbreaking and as a reader you want to know some sense into him, but his thoughts are logical. You support his decision clearly with the Stanford honours program and other scenarios you have created.
What makes this one-shot special is that we also witness character development. Gabriella is no longer running, saying goodbye and accepting that once again she has to move on and embrace a new chapter of her life... alone or with just her mother. She is an independent woman who is madly in love with Troy, a guy who provides stability for her and the future she dreams of. As readers, we are granted the privilege of seeing the strong side of her we all knew was hidden.
