It felt really good to read this story again. I remember finding it when it was like 20 chapters in and waiting patiently for every update that followed. Such a well written and fantastic story, one of the first stories on this site that inspired me to start posting (although that was on my old account and those cringey stories have since been deleted, haha)!

This fic does hold a special place in my heart and gives me so much nostalgia. Always still hope you might post another chapter, but if not, I am entirely happy with the story and will happily read it agin in the future :)

I can tell you from experience, zeroing your sights on an M4 carbine is no walk in the park. Down in Texas training with my brother in law to get some experience in before going into basic in the coming months firing a firearm is not a simple task for beginners.
