You know, I don't really know why anyone hasn't reviewed this. This is very deep and emotional and touching. You wrote this very well, and I do believe that Altair would have done that to his son if it meant protecting others in his family and brotherhood. I don't really have a complaint for this- you added the right amount of emotion and personalities to each of the characters.

And for Maria, who is so strong and bold, I almost cried when I read the part where Malik was holding her back and she was screaming for her son. This is a beautiful work of art. I only wish others had the same talent as you.
