I liked the chapter!

wow this was absolutely incredible (i finished it in two seatings haha)
the 4d pov really changes one's perspective on the events of the game.
(i never played the psx version myself but i played the psp versions for 1 & 2)
i liked your 4d oc's. they fit well with the characters that they play as.
this story also gives a possible background as to why blair acts the way she does in so3.
it makes me wonder about the 4d side of things in so3 too.

So, reading that first scene, I'd have to say that it's really just the father from the previous chapter that should have his line looked at. I definitely think it can be done better, considering how you write. Anyway, just my input.

I really think you should revisit the fight between Leon and his parents. It was very out of character for the parents, not to mention incredibly odd for a couple of adults. I'm not saying that they need to be showering him with love, but at least the father would have more tact about what he was saying. You know what I mean?

I have to agree with holding off on making the ES until disc 2. It's a bummer when your enemy can't even handle a single swing or two. Where's the fun in that? And seriously that creation system loves to toss you junk. Total pushover with some orchestrated music though. One song and it's belly up, tail wagging.

I was always a bit disappointed by Leon's spell set when you first get access to him. The party was too low level to be near his better ones (making him more useful than say Celine) and by the time you actually got to that point mages were insanely outperformed by melee characters.

One of the draws for me picking up Ernest was always that you could pickpocket a Battle Suit from him in two different towns on Expel. Was highly entertaining running essentially an immortal character or two until the end of the game. Hell, if you're playing Claude's side you can get another one from a dude on his dad's ship before Expel gets annihilated. OP like crazy.
