I don't think i'll ever stop praising your marvelous work with these stories, Bary. I can't believe took me this long to finally found them. you created such an amazing universe here, full of great characther and with endless options for storylines. I trully hope you keep writing Sheriff Kent's chronicles (LOL) because i don't think i'll be able to live without them! I'm so addicted :D

I read your note and i can honestly say that i totaly understand what you did with Lois in your story and totaly get it. I don't know why you felt the need to explain yourself for your readers (i'm guessing some reader didn't get quite right her intentions here) but for me was crystal clear. She wasn't bashing the kid or anything but she's more realistic sometimes and she was taking care of Clark's feelings. She knows his nature and how his mind AND heart works. They didn't knew the kid so it was quite possible the kid turn him down in the end. She was being a general's daughter, that's all ;)

And yes, i do love CLOIS but i love how you give us them on your stories. I don't have the need to have them togetherr 100% of the time. I mean, their adults and have their own lives and they're together for over a year now, right? They said the ILY's and he got her a ring LOL Seriously, they're in each others life, completely. I think you dose this very well in your stories.

I also got to say that, although i love all Sheriff Kent's stories so much, this one was pretty special because i wasn't expecting the twist - or should i say revelation - you gave us! Yeah, we all knew Clark was adopted (he mentioned it a couple of times) but i could never imagine that Clark and Bart could have so much in common.. i mean, both were abused by his parents AND the couple who treated Bart so bad was indeed Clark's biological parents! 8~O I swear, when he told Clark his brief story i felt so sorry for him but never crossed my mind that the agressors could be the same people! And when he went to their house and confronted the old man i was still believing that he was there for Bart exclusively. And then he mentioned their real name and that their boy called Calvin.. i still didn't get the clue! LOL I swear, i must have been in denial LOL And then he met the woman and his thoughts were about his biological mother THAT'S when it hit me! LOL I was like “holy s***!” And then i went back to the beginning and read the scene all over again!

Still about this part of his past I totally understand why he never spoke a word about it with Lois. :)

I believe I already read all the stories about Sheriff Kent’s AU you wrote so far :D Hope you give us more soon. Speaking of it, when do you intent to update “Justice? Or Punishment?” ;)

I am just reading through all the stories in the Sherriff Kent AU series. I love them all. I haven't commented on all of them but they have all been phenomenal. I just had to stop and write this little review because I was absolutely floored with the Elles Twist to this story. I love how you incorporate Smallville world into your stories, but the Elles was completely shocking to me and I just loved it. Im off to read the next story!

Oh wow. This installment was amazing! I really loved the twist with Clark's abusive past and how it was tied to Bart. It didn't hit me that Bart's foster parents were Clark's birth parents until it was confirmed. Then I had to go back and read the scene again. Another well written story in this series. )

Another great but also very touching story. The background story of Clark and Bart eventually coming together was very emotional. Every character was on par and I liked this Bart Allen character. The Clark/Whitney and Clark/Lois interaction was again priceless but it was nice to see a softer side of Clark coming out when he was talking with Bart.

Bart's remark about the whipped cream when he stumbled into Clark's bedchamber while Lois and Clark were in a heavy make out session, was hilarious!

I'm enjoying the Sheriff Kent AU! I liked the back story you gave Clark and the bond it gave him and Bart. Thanks for sharing your imagination and your talent!

As always, I truely enjoyed reading your stories. And I'm so happy that Bart got another chance at a fresh start & for Clark to finally get some closure from his past. Speaking of closure, us Clois fans were left hanging in regards to Clark's missing ring! Granted, there was a lot going on at the time, but I figured Clark would have found a way to get it back since it meant so much to him. And his proposal to Lois? I was sitting on the edge of my seat waiting. I figured after all that has happened,it kind of put a damper in the romance department, BUT I hope you haven't forgotten about our fave. couple. I, for one, would like to see them get the happy ending they deserve.

Another fantastic story in the Sheriff Kent series. Thanks so much for all the great writing. Good luck in your finals.

Also I think a part of the reason I thought this story would have more Clois was how it was labeled. This story in particular was listed as Clark and Lois when I think it should have been tagged as Clark - Bart. Especially since Clois played a very little role in this story overall and Clark was a secondary character with Bart being the bigger character and the plot was revolved around him.

So that's the end. I liked how Clark got justice for Bart. A sweet moment for them. Other than that? Um lol

I will admit I wasn't a huge fan of this story. I really didn't enjoy how Lois came across in it and the lack of Clois. Also I understand it's painful but I am worried how Clark confided in Bart that it made it sound like he'll never tell Lois about his past or help to understand why he was so invested in Bart's case from day one. I do appreciate your author note especially in concern of Lois's behavior in this story. I thought you were conveying that idea but it just didn't come off that way. Especially since you had her say the same thing twice and the same way. Maybe if she had mentioned why she was feeling that way; that it was how she views the world etc, and admit that she has seen it through a different perspective, then maybe she wouldn't have come off so badly to me.

I do enjoy how you do bring in other characters from the SV Universe and how you manage to blend them into this AU especially when Clark becomes involved with them but I will say that my main enjoyment is really the ones focused more on Clark himself or Clois.

Also there was no tiny Clois moment in this final chapter? Ouch.

As for the smut, which I was one of the biggest shameless reviewers who wanted it, I am more looking at one shots or moments like Never Have I Ever, Except For That Once. That little one shot was just the kind of Clois 'smut' in this universe I was talking about.

Oh another thing which had me a bit confused - I know this story evolved from Bart stealing the engagement ring into a story about him and Clark helping him but even at the end, I was disappointed not to see any resolution in that department. I know Clark had bigger things to worry about in the end but even before that the stolen engagement ring seemed to be forgotten about and not even touched on. Considering how much it meant to him and how it was stolen from him once when he was kidnapped, I was a bit surprised that it was an issue which dropped from Clark's mind and not really cared about or resolved in the least by the end.

Also not to nitpick or tell you how to write in this universe, but I know this is an AU story, but not once has Lois been the one in physical danger or hospitalized? That seems very weird and makes her so not Lois in a way LOL

I'll keep an eye out for your stories in the future especially the Clois centric ones once they do start to pop up.

Thanks, I enjoyed this story. I also appreciate the explanation on your writing style, your plots and points. Great job on weaving the characters into the plot and tackling the lesson in the story, too. Although, I love the stories with Lois and Clark more, deviations are sometimes interesting as well.

I was very intrigued by this story and I loved the Clois aspect. But now I am getting nothing on Clois. I really hate Lana but I tolerate her in this story because I am waiting for the good stuff on Clois...but still nothing. I have no problem if you want to branch off and write other characters but I wish you would finish the Lois/Clark part. What about the ring? What about their relationship? My only other complaint besides not enough Clois in the story would be you tend to write Lois a little weak...Lois is a strong woman and Clark seems to walk all over her...You make her a little soft and not (bitchy enough)!

I would like the Clois part finished before you start to write about other characters...
urgh! Very fraustrating! I hate when stories never get finished! Or you have to wait for a billion chapters for anything to happen.
